I made an online request and the staff at the health centre called me back promptly and advised me about the cause of my concern and what medication to use. I was also booked for a smear tesr, which was done with respect and dignity. Another issue was identified and the GP was called. It was clearly explained what was observed and an onward referral made. I felt satisfied with the reassuring and clarity of information.

I received the care l received. It was great and prompt.

GP shared information with other services and people without my consent, and caused more trauma than good. Had to argue to get the birth control I wanted rather than just taking the pill that I know I don't like. Got all my medication taken away without my consent. The reception team is the best part of this gp surgery.

Phone call appointments last literally 2 minutes, and I don't feel listened to in this time. Decisions are made that don't involve my opinion during these calls.

Lines are always busy and I sometimes give up to get appointments.

You need to employ more staff, nurses and doctors. University are adding more students every year, but they don't employ more professionals.
